Corporate content marketing is usually judged on whether it looks good. A $250K film in 400+ theaters for one night, returning $500K+ in donations and a funded aircraft. I owned every stage: story, funding, distribution deal, and the DCPs themselves.
Taking a department the company wanted to close and rebuilding it into a trusted revenue source: 138% revenue growth at a 52% margin, using story structure as the operating system.
